Captain Darkblade blinks and tilts his head to the side. He's been waiting for her to respond for what feels like 27 days, but what was probably only half a minute or so. He snaps his fingers directly in front of the strange girl's face. She doesn't blink, adjust her view, or make any sort of response whatsoever. He scratches his head then pokes her. She falls over limply. He... thinks he may have broken her... "We should probably bring her to doctor Rebekah..." He remarks, mostly to himself. "I was so hoping she would know where the treasure was, too... Planet probably knows, but they're most certainly escaping from this sinking ship. So where do we go now?" The Captain muses, getting bored now that the trail has gone cold. As if on demand, the Captain feels a tug on his pant leg. He looks down to see a Totodile who proceeds to laugh hysterically. "Well hey there, little matey! I don't suppose ye know where the treasure is, do ye?" The little gator smiles before walking off towards the elevator. Darkblade scoops up Kaede and hoists her over his shoulder before turning to Axel. "The game, my dear Watson, is on!"

As the city is set ablaze by the pyro bombs that rock the city to its core the screams of the thousands who did not make it into a shelter echo out for a few agonizing moments and then fall deathly silence only broken by the demonic crackle of the flames as the city which held the hopes, dreams, and memories of thousands is razed to nothing. The sickly black smoke belches into the air strangling the sun and spreading a menacing darkness on the island. Thankfully the flames do not spread past the city as the engineering miracle that is Team Fire's walls contain and channel the flames energy so that only the city is affected. The Walls are made of flame proof bricks that line a wall with chambers filled with water that boils out of specially designed ports to help sap the overwhelming heat of the flames from melting the steel beams inside. The hole in the wall is also fixed at least temporarily by the flames. The very outer layer of the wall made of volcanic glass that has been cut into bricks and these now start to melt and pour down the outside of the wall cooling just as they hit the ground forming a jagged and sturdy wall of volcanic glass at least 7 feet thick putting a temporary seal over the holes made by the fighting. From the ships and outer docks where Blue had gathered his survivors the proud city that was their home was now just a blazing bonfire. However this destruction was not without purpose. in the original design of the city the flames were meant as a cleansing flame should the city be over run allowing the city to rise anew from the ashes. 70% of the populace of the city had made it into a bunker or onto a ship thanks to Blue and deposited in underground warehouses was enough raw materials to make remake the city twice over and feed everyone for months to come. Although V may have burnt down their homes his plans had set in place a revival for the city like nothing seen before. unlike other cities that had survived the fall once V assumed power he had plunged its people to just above poverty storing away resources for this day. True this city's people had lived in lower standards of living than those of other survivor colonies but unlike the other cities this city could burn and come back stronger than ever thanks to V's planning. As Blue watched with the others at the flames continuing to consume the city he felt a sense of hope knowing V had laid the way wherever he was for everyone's continued survival.
It was then that Blue noticed a chopper bearing V's logo on it far off in the distance go plunging down as the undead pokemon attacked it crashing somewhere to the south with visible hoards of the undead heading to finish off the survivors. Blue could only pray that V wasn't on board although a sense of dread gnawed at his stomach as he watched more and more undead head towards the down chopper but Blue couldn't leave his people here alone so as much he wanted to go and lend aid to the crew of the downed chopper he stood where he was and watched, and prayed.
